The innovative SME Erail was established thanks to the experience of its founders, partners, executives, and collaborators in the railway sector. With its expertise and proprietary intellectual property, Erail develops and delivers innovative health solutions for passenger transportation, such as the TrainPURE sanitization system. From design to production and installation, Erail provides custom-made solutions tailored to the technical specifications of both new systems and, most importantly, existing onboard HVAC systems already in operation.

Erail cares about the health of passengers on board transport systems such as trains, metros, trams and buses. For this reason, it uses an innovative sanitisation system together with a sophisticated control and diagnostic system, capable of ensuring the best possible air quality inside these transport systems. In response to the recent EU objectives HORIZON-ER-JU-2022-FA4-01 for Healthier and Safer Rail Systems (interior air quality on board), Erail manufactures equipment capable of reducing particulate matter, volatile organic compounds, bacteria and viruses in the aerosol treated by air conditioning systems in the presence of passengers and service personnel inside railway carriages and locomotives
